For A Playlist, I have chosen my favorite recordings from the past fifteen years. I've included two songs that show off my son, Robin Thicke, and his considerable singing and songwriting talent. I hope you'll love these selections as much as I do. Gloria

I’ve been a Christmas music junkie since childhood. In thinking about what to include on this project, I realized I prefer slightly jazzy CDs that feature lush strings. So that’s what you’re getting, the CD I’d most like to hear.
It features the Little Emo String Quartet and top jazz musicians Stan Martin, Gary Herbig and Gary Tole. Grammy Award-winner Bill Champlin adds his talents on the title song and Cradle in Bethlehem. Fum, Fum, Fum features my sister Peggy singing with me in Spanish. Best of all, I sing a duet with my R&B sensation son, Robin Thicke.
The Song List: Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow
You Make It Christmas
The Christmas Song/Christmastime is Here
Little Drummer Boy/Pat-a-Pan

This CD revisits some of Gloria’s favorite songs, including a new recording of her #1 hit Friends and Lovers that marks her reunion with Carl Anderson.

I was receiving a steady stream of e-mails asking, "I loved the song you sang called “... “ Did you ever record it?" I kept having to say, "No, I didn't record that one." I finally got the hint and decided to record the songs you requested.
I asked everyone on my email list to vote for the favorites. I wanted simplicity, so my pianist Larry Steelman and I recorded each song live, just piano and voice, the way Liz used to sing her songs on "Days." My co-producer Troy Dexter and I added some additional instruments to enhance the beauty of Larry's work.
One piece of music, a weaving together of How Do I Live Without You and Con Te Partiro, did get a full orchestration, because you deserve to hear nothing less. Enjoy!
The Song List:
I Get a Kick Out of You
Tonight I Celebrate My Love For You
Here, There and Everywhere
It Never Entered My Mind
As Time Goes By
It's All in the Game/I Remember You/ Once Upon a Time/Always on My Mind
Mystical poet Rabindranath Tagore tells us, “When old words die out on the tongue, new melodies break forth from the heart.” Year ago, I came to a turning point and was led in a new direction. These songs emerged from that time, and reflect events and relationships that came into my life. There are fourteen of them, thirteen composed by me and my co-writers, and one a surprising version of John Lennon and Paul McCartney's Fixing a Hole. These songs are the stories I would tell you if we could sit down and talk together.
The Song List:
Turn the Page
Fixing’ a Hole
Not Gonna Go There
The Real Thing
Twenty Years Girltime
Talk to Me
The I in Me
Song of my Father
Invited to the Dance
